Through them you will receive news updates, action alerts, petitions to sign, and various opportunities to donate to the cause of pressuring lawmakers and other important decision-makers (in the United States and around the world) to take action in the region.
Next, consider donating to on-the-ground humanitarian efforts. I personally recommend the Bishop Gassis Sudan Relief Fund, and any of the other charities listed here.
